WINTER: Practices begin Nov 30th (any day during the week). Games held on weekends in January & February - Friday night, Saturday or Sunday after 1pm (starting January 3rd). Practices continue on weeknights once games start.
SUMMER: Practices begin May 6th (any day during the week). Games held during the week May 28 - July, evenings, Sunday-Friday (starting May 28). Practices are on then on Saturdays & Sundays once games start.
Basketball is a great sport AND it is an excellent way to help with physical fitness. There is no other sport that uses every muscle like basketball.
